25kg, 50lbs. Im 100kg and i need to be 75 by christmas :) ive lost 5kg so far so fingers crossed guys

My plan is 48 lbs, but if I can at least loose 30 lbs I'm happy.

I'm just 2 kilos from my Gw but d*mn it's getting harder than expected ! Specially because my scale never gives me the same number not even weighting 6264 times in the same minute. Hope reaching it before Christmas.

I want to lose around 25lb by the end of the year (27.4 to be exact lol). I'm trying for this goal through intermittent fasting of at least 16:8 daily, consistent daily exercise, reasonable calorie restriction (I do not want to go under 800) and limiting my alcohol intake.

Initially last January when I started out at 253lbs, my goal was to be 149lbs by the New Year.  I'm 22lbs away from that goal, which is amazing, but I've had some health problems due to restricting so heavily to get there, so I probably can't restrict enough to get there for my goal....which sucks so bad!  Lately I've been restricting pretty low again and the weight is dropping so fast again and I love it...really makes me want to continue. 

 

ANYWAY, my healthy goal is to lose 10lbs by December.  Then another 5lbs by the last day of December.  If I lose a bit more, that would be great, but those are my minimums.

I mean I want to lose 20 lbs to get down to BMI 17 but realistically it’d be a Christmas miracle if I could just maintain.

Hopefully 10lbs. Got to go slowly because I can't restrict too low due to physical job. Want to look thin at a Christmas party at the beginning of December, it's an arbitrary goal!

I hoping to be at my goal weight (130lbs / 59kg) at least, which is a loss of 26lbs / 12kg. Definitely doable.

 

Whether I'll actually be satisfied with that weight once I hit it is another story.

I'm hoping to be out of the 200's by next year so at least 17 pounds (I'm 216 now). I'm going to aim for more though. I'm doing one meal a day and going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week

I'd say about 7 kgs, but now that I'm so close to my goal I think it's gonna be really hard.


They can't diagnose you if they can't catch you.

According to Losertown I should be able to drop 34lbs if I continue as I am BUT that’ll put me at my lowest ever adult weight so I’m pretty sure I’ll plateau way before then.
I’m still aiming for it but very interested to see how it goes

30. I may or may not hit that goal.. But when I set large goals, I tend to work noticeably harder. So I am aiming high.
