I wanted to do the ABC Diet, but I still live at home + my dad is watching what I eat. With this diet, I'll be able to somewhat restrict and lose weight, but not as extreme as the ABC diet

I'm not sure what i weigh atm since my scale is broken lol, but my current GW is 55 kg, with 45 kg being my UGW. I'm 170 cm tall

Following the rules, but I'm counting fruit and vegetables. 

My "free days" are Christmas eve, Easter sunday and my birthday

I'll be doing 30 minute cardio 3 times a week + walking at least 5000 steps everyday

I'll try to eat healthy foods, but if I end up eating a burger or chocolate, it's okay but it has to be under the daily limit

Day 1 - 900 calories

 

What I ate: 

A glass of orange juice (32 kcal)

A baguette with meat sauce and shredded cheese (521 kcal)

 

Total: 553 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (220 kcal)

 

 

The first day is always the easiest day for me lol. I totally did not have to drink orange juice. I could've just had water! I didn't need eat the entire baguette either because I could've easily just eaten only half of it. I ate 327 calories less than the limit, which is somewhat good imo. Also burned some calories from walking

Day 2 - 800 calories

 

What I ate: 

Pumpkin spice chai frappuccino (603 kcal)

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (110 kcal)

Cardio (321 kcal)

 

Total calories burned: 431 kcal 

 

 

So today I only had one thing and that was a frappe lol, but at least I was under the calorie limit. It was good (I love pumpkin), but so not worth the calories. I sometimes end up drinking my calories instead of eating them, and I end up feeling reallyyyy hungry and then binge by the end of the day. From now on, I'm gonna try to only eat my calories. I also worked out, 30 ish minutes of cardio. I haven't exercised in so long, so I was out of breath every 5 minutes, but I'm happy I did it

Day 3 - 900 calories

 

What I ate: 

Iced chai tea with milk (250 kcal)

2 slices of pizza (512 kcal)

 

Total: 762 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (70 kcal)

Cardio (171 kcal)

 

Total calories burned: 241 kcal 

 

 

Today I went to the local cafe and drank 250 kcal (something I said I would stop doing). Since todays calorie limit was 900, I still had some more room for "proper" food. I also worked out, so I was able to burn some of those calories. I really like hanging out in cafes, so it's difficult for me to avoid it lol. I'm gonna try to avoid ordering something high in calories the next time I go to the cafe

What I ate: 

Pasta salad with a mini baguette (466 kcal)

Toast with ketchup (136 kcal)

Three grapes (10 kcal)

 

Total: 612 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (318 kcal)

 

 

Seeing "1000 calories" is lowkey weird lol.. To me, that's a lot of calories. Even though I know eating less than 1200 kcal is considered bad and unhealthy, I still feel disgusting if I eat more than like 800 kcal

What I ate: 

Pancake (448 kcal)

Milk (104 kcal)

Cookie dough ice cream (1093 kcal)

 

Total: 1645 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (370 kcal)

 

 

I'm so pathetic lmfao, I binged!!! I ate a whole tub of ice cream :( and pancakes. I wasn't even planning on buying the ice cream, but I ended up doing it anyways... And my stomach hurt so bad after I was done eating :/ Hopefully this doesn't ruin my progress too much.. Good thing this diet allows me to subtract the calories I burn from my intake! Too bad I wasn't able to burn all of it. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better

What I ate: 

Tacos (650 kcal)

7 gummy bears (52 kcal)

 

Total: 702 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (120 kcal)

Cardio (284 kcal)

 

Total calories burned: 404 kcal

 

 

So today was way better than yesterday. I ate maybe a little too much tacos lol, but I did managed to do some cardio.  I'm happy I didn't give up on this diet. After I binge, I tend to just completely give up on diets and start a cycle of binging and gaining weight. I didn't let a bad day lead to several days of binging

Total calories burned: 631 kcal

 

 

Today is day 10 of following this diet. Except for that one time I ate a tub of ice cream, I would say it's going well.. Some things I could do better is to stop drinking a lot of my calories. I need to cut down on lattes, juice and frappes. Another thing I should try to stop is eating unhealthy food duh. Even though something might be under the calorie limit, I should still try to avoid it (for obvious reasons). So eating 250 calories of nuggets isn't good, even though it's under the days limit

So, I visited a friend today and she had a weight scale in her bathroom.. I pretended to use to toilet so I could weigh myself, and I currently weigh 57 kg. I'm not sure if I have lost any weight since starting this diet though

Today I had a whole day of binging. I can't believe I ate so much lmfao, almost 2200 kcal worth of chocolate and a burger, apple pie and fries. It was not worth it, my stomach hurts so much right now. I'm also drinking tea, hoping it will make me feel better. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day, and I will be at school all day, so I know I wont be tempted to binge on something. To be 100% sure, I wont bring my card. This way I wont be able to buy any food. I'll only bring a water bottle
