Day 20 - 1100 calories

 

What I ate:

Pastry and tea (215 kcal)

Tacos (569 kcal)

 

Total: 784 kcal

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (100 kcal)

Cardio (154 kcal)

 

Total calories burned: 254 kcal 

 

 

Day 20 of doing this diet! So far, I haven't noticed any differences, but I haven't been able to weigh myself, so I'm not sure if I'm losing anything. My BMR is 1700 kcal, my TDEE is 2070 kcal. I've been eating less than that (except for those 2-3 times I binged lol), but idk... I'll try to do the longer version of this diet, I think I saw one that lasted 50 or 100 days

What I ate:

Rice with mushroom marinara sauce (485 kcal)

 

 

I barely moved today, and I only burned 5 kcal from walking to the dinner table lol

Total: 284 kcal

Okay, so I found the extended HSGD. I think I'm gonna start doing that, but I'm not sure

Hot dogs (1172 kcal)

 

Total: 1633 kcal 

 

 

Calories burned:

Walking (390 kcal)

Cardio (199 kcal)

 

Total calories burned: 589 kcal

 

 

So I binged on hot dogs... ew. So disgusting and totally not worth it. I wanted to throw it up so bad, but my dad was home all day long and I don't want anyone to hear it so rip

And I binged AGAIN. I need to stop binging, but I have zero discipline ughhhh

I find that low calorie very filling foods make it a lot easier to stick to restriction if that helps at all. Egg whites, shredded lettuce, lean meat, nonfat yogurt, green veggies, etc. also for me once i get like a week or two into restricting and see my weight go down it always makes me want to eat less.
