So, i've decided that it's time to try something other than counting calories and that the best thing to go off of is a set meal plan for a little while. I'll be doing the military diet a few times (until my scale arrives from my previous place of residence). I don't have access to a scale at the moment but I know my start weight is somewhere around 230lb. I'm 5'6 and I'm hoping to lose at least 30lb between now and approximately October 27th. I'll be doing daily check in's here with the diet and potentially calories once I feel like it wont trigger a binge. Wish me luck!
