oh boy it's me again, making another accountability thread on this dying website after a string of binges. shocker. normally i would make a huge effort to have a nicely-formatted thread with fonts, a color scheme, neat little text dividers, etc. however i am sick of this shit, and i don't have the mental energy anymore. 

 

the situation:

  • in college, reliant on dining halls for food. therefore i can't have accurate calorie counts
  • don't know what my starting weight is – will have this info tomorrow
  • vegan
  • trying to get out of a binge cycle
  • limited privacy due to roommate

 

what to expect

  • weight reports
  • list of food consumed (no calorie count included)
  • daily walking report
  • general thoughts and vibes

  • smoothie bowl w banana and blueberries
  • spinach tofu salad (no dressing)
  • sautéed mixed vegetables (spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, carrot)
  • roasted vegetables (eggplant, zucchini broccolini) 
  • another plate of the aforementioned roasted vegetables
  • 2 cans hard cider

  • white claws (lost count, i estimate 4)
