Hi!

I’m not going to go into detail since you guys all ready know what this thread is going to be about. I’m not going to be restricting less than 1000 calories a day because I’ve never lost weight by doing that long term so I’m going to aim for 1000-1400 calories a day. I’m going to update every week with a photo and I put nsfw because I’ll post body pics naked but my breasts and private area will be blurred ofcourse.

To start off this my stats

CW: 58kg
Height: 5’3 or 163 cm
Bmi: 23

DAY 1
WHAT I ATE TODAY :

Breakfast:
milk 200ml. [100cal]
Choco cereal[150cal]

Lunch:
Spaghetti [260cal]
Sauce [60cal]

Dinner:
5 chicken nuggets [ 200cal]

Snacks > - < :
Milk and cookies [400cal] ~ Jesus I ate a lot of cookies

TOTAL CALORIES: 1,170.
