Need to lose weight bc I gained so much over the summer by literally eating 500 cals instead of my usual 200 (bc my metabolism is so dang slow). I have to cut my calories a lot and eat less often through the day. I have tried this before but now I’ll be accountable for what I do so hopefully I won’t mess up this time. :)


I’ll update every few days but here is my plan:

- 200kcal limit
- no dinner
- fast at least 14 hours every day
- continue same daily exercise (3h cardio + HIIT + volleyball)
- little to no added sugar
- no liquid calories over 30
- at least 100oz of water a day
- 7+ hours of sleep
