  • intermittent fasting (12pm-8pm)
  • high restriction
  • mostly fruits & veggies
  • little to no sugar
  • exercise: morning jog, dancing/cardio, strength training for arms

 

okie. I'm 27 & currently about 118lbs. I've been maintaining 117-118 for a really long time now. my usual comfortable weight is 113 but I got up to 118 by overeating + nutella lol.

 

I've maintained 113 multiple times now and am happy at that weight, but I always want to lose a bit more when I'm at it. my UGW is between 105-108 depending on how I look.

 

overall goals: flat stomach, slim & toned arms, slimmer legs & mainly to be able to maintain a lower weight and not worry about cheat meals or desserts affecting me every now and then.

 

current measurements inches ~ waist: 25.5 | hips: 37 | bust: 32 | both arms: 11 | both thighs: 21

down 1.4 lbs which is prob just food weight since I sorta binged the night before making this accountability thread lol but I'm still happy to be under 117 finally.

 

what I've been eating:

  • plain vegan yogurt with fruit for breakfast or lunch
  • vegetable soup + half slice of toast for dinner
  • roasted veggies w/hummus as a snack
  • tea/coffee
  • apple strudel lol I made it a few days ago

 

sadly I can't really count calories because it messes with my head so I've just been estimating and doing portion control/trying to stop eating when I'm satisfied.

 

my goal is to lose or not go above 117 over the weekend. weekends at home usually means "cheat dinners" with fam so i'm going to take those meals into account or maybe even try OMAD.

 

but anyway so far so good. even if results come slow i'm okay with it since i'm trying to be as sustainable as possible. once i'm down to 113 again I never wanna go above it again ✧/ᐠ-ꞈ-ᐟ\
