okie. I'm 27 & currently about 118lbs. I've been maintaining 117-118 for a really long time now. my usual comfortable weight is 113 but I got up to 118 by overeating + nutella lol.
I've maintained 113 multiple times now and am happy at that weight, but I always want to lose a bit more when I'm at it. my UGW is between 105-108 depending on how I look.
overall goals: flat stomach, slim & toned arms, slimmer legs & mainly to be able to maintain a lower weight and not worry about cheat meals or desserts affecting me every now and then.
current measurements inches ~ waist: 25.5 | hips: 37 | bust: 32 | both arms: 11 | both thighs: 21
