This is my accountability page. I have been unintentionally 18:6 fasting but so want to vamp it up to lose as much as possible by january including liquid/water fast in between weeks. I am 5’6 and probably 200-220 (too afraid to step on scale atm, I think I will spiral) but I plan to weight in and get an exact by Oct 11. I guess I am hoping to be in or on the lower side of that range by the time the 11th rolls around…

That's exactly where I'm at and I'm starting omad back up today which for me is about a 23:1 like literally dinner but I do have my morning coffee
I thought about getting an exact this morning but nervous to face the scale too

haha same actually. these past few days I haven’t put in the effort to even think about what im eating so i drink mint tea and water throughout the day and have something under 700 cal with no sugar or carbs and minimal fat which is nearly impossible so I usually just go for a cup of broccoli and a protein of some sort

random thought: feeling empty makes me feel everything i’ve been avoiding. that probably makes no sense at all but now that i’ve been doing OMAD, i’m actually not stressing about what i’m eating but i’m stressing about everything else in my life. I tend to fixate on one issue rather than spiral and think about the million ways my life is shit. I have this weird damage control switch, the same one I use that forces me not to step on the scale because I know i’m going to be upset. I guess it’s something to be grateful for since some people really struggle with a lot at once

i’m losing my mind but at least i’m sticking to OMAD and I stayed under 500 cal today. Maybe by oct 11 (weigh in day) i’ll be on the lower end of 200’s or maybe even in 190’s. I am trying to do low to no carbs and no sugar but it’s extremely hard to find filling foods that aren’t completely fat and i’m a picky eater on top of that. I love fruit and that has been the hardest for me (i’m not really a cake/sweets person). if anyone sees this/has any foods that are filling that fit within that category, I would love to know !!

I am averaging out at 500-750 cal a day. i’m really surprised i haven’t binged or had thoughts of binging.

I’m really motivated right now and I hope that stays. I’m staying under my limit and it’s not hard or anything. usually when I restrict I get really bad headaches, but my only symptom right now are achy joints (ankles and knees)

I was doing keto for a bit then got really sick. I have interviews this week so I went off keto but I think i’m going to start it back up tomorrow. I’m hoping with staying under 800 cal and <30 g carbs, i’ll be in the 180’s by halloween. How long do you guys think it’ll take for me to lose 50 pounds ?

i’m also not exercising because I faint easily when i’m restricting. at the same time though, i want to be toned and i don’t want too much lose skin. i am doing sit ups and push ups and leg lifts, it’s not much. if i had it my way, i would be walking 10+miles

I had a bad couple of days, on the 13th I had 1350 calories or under, then yesterday another 1100. I think starting November I'm going to begin a google sheets tracking my calories for the month. I plan on having 600 calories or less for that month, with the exception of thanksgiving. I also broke my keto on the 11th or so  and I think its slowing down my metabolism. However I'm going to go back on keto today.

I was also supposed to weigh myself on the 11th but I didn't bc I'm way to scared. Every time I weigh myself and its more than I anticipated, I go into a binge and try to get a "healthier"mindset and then I stop counting altogether.... don't really know why that it but at this point the less I know the better and I hope that by the end of the month I'm less than or about 180. I would rather "track" my progress by seeing that my ribs are becoming more prominent or my waist getting smaller
