-10lbs on Egg diet

following! be careful
So the classic egg diet is not like an egg mono, but with every egg u can add 15g of fat (butter mayo whatever) and optional - 30g of cheese, maximum 210g pr day (eww)
I add fats, but less.
This morning I had 2 eggs and 40g of shredded cheese, mix it and put it in the waffle iron, and u have an egg waffle
I sometimes make it sweet with sweetener and cinnamon, and sometimes I use spices instead, anything will do 😊
And I had 10ml of fish oil.
So 170+149+90 = 409 kcal breakfast 😆
Then I went to the gym and did 5k.
I’m doing the C25K program, currently on week 3. in stead of 3 days a week I do ~5
Calories burned: 306
For lunch I had same thing, egg waffle of 2 eggs, 40g cheese.
For fat I added 15g butter 😝
170+149+110 = 429
Total so far: 838
I’ve done the egg diet before. And I don’r try to limit my calories the first couple of days. It comes naturally later on when you’re in ketosis, and when you’re sick of eggs😂

That was 175 calories, so total for the day was 1013.
My TDEE is 2546, it’s 11:30pm and I’m going to bed now, so I’m going with that number (i use Apple watch to track)

Anyway I did, 173.8 this morning.
I knew that I would drop alot of waterweight doing this (done this countless times) but never this much in 1 day.
Will just keep to my plan, but go to -15 instead of -10.
Eggdiet until -15 and then normal low carb diet from there.
