Need to stop stress eating, otherwise my clothes would feel tight soon.

Need to remind myself: finish things sooner than later helps reduce stress.

No procrastination. Plan and do thing in advance.

Wasn't doing great, but not awful neither.

Haven't eaten any garbage today, but the total amount of calories won't be low considering the amount of meat I had for lunch.

Been doing good these days. Studying in the library does help with restriction since no food is allowed.

Plus I'm having a crush... enough to motivate me. The biggest motivation ever actually.

Had dinner with him on Sunday night...

Didn't eat much. Just too nervous to eat. 

Ate almost nothing yesterday, too. At this weight I feel unworthy for him.

He was just...too nice. I'm starting to wonder if these are all real lol.

This Friday night we will be at an event together. 

Can't help but thinking of him all day. Great appetite suppressant, would recommend.
