Anyone else have a baby or toddler and stay home with them all of the time? It's this strange balance of having no one watching you so you don't have to eat anything. I could literally restrict all day without anyone asking questions, but then since I'm feeling stuck and kind of like I'm floating through life, I just binge while no one is watching instead--which is not like me.

Can anyone else relate?

I totally relate. I want to just restrict/fast but I have this little person who needs my breastmilk, so I can't...but like moderation doesn't happen. It's always all or nothing. I just want to take them and walk for hours, but gotta respect nap and feeding schedule.

I didn't eat at all during the day when I was on maternity leave (just went back to work about a month ago, my daughter is 7 months). I was breastfeeding, but overweight, so my body just used all that extra fat to make milk I guess... Also I find it so easy to restrict when she needs all my attention, and I don't even think about food, and if I do I'm just not interested in eating at all. Having a baby made me completely lose my appetite, and now that she is starting to eat solids my anxiety flares up, and I'm scared she'll choke so I'm scared I'll choke, so I don't eat much...
