so, currently I'm at 120lbs (5'3) and since i live alone now i thought it would be quite the surprise for my family to see me in a better shape when i come over for christmas.

i plan on liquid fasting for min. 3 days a week and the rest is OMAD (vegan).

some simple rules for the liquid fasting and OMAD:

• no oil-fried food
• no sweets
• no high-sodium food
• no sodas or sugary drinks, basically just water and unsweetened tea. pure juice is allowed if my blood sugars are running low
• no ready-to-eat meals - have to cook!
• the meals have to be consumed between 12pm and 2pm

I'll also exercise every day for at least 45mins + I'll do some stretching between all the online classes (since i can't go outside to walk).

So my weight goal is to be at least 100lbs but I'd be happier if i reached 90/95.

I have to lose a minimum of 20lbs in 2 less than 2 months which means i have to go strong!

I will update this topic daily! With my intake, my workout and my weight!
