This diet worked very well for me before, I was down to 51 kg without rebouncing for one and a half year. But I've recently went for a summer-long travel and ate a lot. Sooo, I will try to lose the weight I gained 'til november.
I've been taking around -1500 kcals a day for the past 3 months so eating between 600-1000 will be helpful i guess. I'll be updating you and feel free to comment!
