Gunning for 700 - 1000 cal a day, with 10k steps.
Starting at 18 years old, 5’3 (160 cm) and 158 lbs ( 71 kg).

GW:100 - 90 lbs (45 to 40 kg)

Also did Pilates routine. :)

⚡️Failed to get 10k steps. (My foot was hurting quite badly and I figured better to rest it than sprain it.)

( Tbh I’m very glad I’m so under my goal today! Tomorrow my family has our thanksgiving dinner, and while I’m hopeful I’ll be able to keep it under 1000 cals, I’m a little worried about what might happen when stuffing gets in front of me :(. I also know I probably won’t be able to do my steps bevause I usually get them done in the evening and I’ll be gone all evening. Oh well. At least today was under.)
