Monthly weigh in:

October 31st: 148.1 lbs/67 kg

I almost couldn’t believe it!! I’ve lost almost 10 lbs/4kg exactly! I can see it in my face, definitely. I used to have a bit of a double chin and I haven’t really got one at all anymore. My workouts have also gotten easier and take less time.

 

I haven’t noticed a big difference in my legs/arms, which are the body parts I hate the most. They’re also the biggest though, so hopefully if I can keep up this rate of weight loss that fat will be gone soon too.
