I gained heaps of weight due to a combination of meds and being hospitalized for my bipolar disorder. I checked the scale and I’ve gained 40 lbs this year. I want to combat that, so to start I’m going to try 8 cycles of 2/4/6/8.

I am starting at 215. I walk at least 5 miles a day (500 cals) and run 3x per week (400 cals each run) and I calculated my bmr at 180 lbs to be 1600 (all of these rounded down!) so I am hoping to lose at least 3 lbs per week. 8 cycles is just over a month so I’m hoping to hit this first target by early November!

I’ll be posting what I eat here :)

Day 1:

Brunch was 2 eggs - 156
1/2 cup spinach - 3.5
1/2 cup kale - 16.5
1/2 tsp olive oil - 20
1 tbs milk in coffee - 7
Total: 203

Super yum!!

2 strawberries: 8


1/2 can Campbell’s beef stew: 123
6 rice crackers: 50
1 packet sugar free hot chocolate: 36

Sausage: 135 (only ate 3/4 because it was yucky)
Carrot:33

Babganoush: 75

Sugar free hot chocolate: 36
3x sugar free butter candies: 33

Ughhhh. Had a family function so I had to eat. Didn’t binge, but probably ate a full day of calories…

Went to the hospital last night for SH. Was there until 2:30 so I’m exhausted.

Today I am going to have a coffee and fast aside from that. But I’m getting a proper coffee because black is killing me. Probably 200 cals. But at least it’s yummy.

3/4 of a small skinny mocha: probs 150

The weekend wasn’t great… cousins came so I had to eat and probably had a full day of calories both days 😞

But today I only had a sugar free hot chocolate (36 cals). Back to 200 tomorrow!
