The Year is nearly over and Im still a chubby sealion. My lack of discipline is painfully embarassing.
So my plan is to stick to a max. of 1350 calories per day and 2 cheatdays per month.
Starting today I do not know what I weight but my last weight 1 week ago has been 93,6kg/206lbs.
My goal for this diet is to reach 73kg/160lbs in hopefully 4 months.
My daily workout is my work but I try to take around 6000 steps per day.
I might go to the gym from november on (money and time is smoll you know the struggle).
Here are my rules:
- Max. calorie intake: 1350cal
- 1-2 cheatdays every month
- around 6000 steps
- 1 kpop dance-practice for 30 minutes per week
- Age: 25
Height: 172cm (idk the inches)
CW: around 95kg
GW with this diet: 75kg

So my Startweight is 95kg and my goal is 75kg.
