I want to get control back and I've decided to share my progress here. I'm 20 years old, 171 cm (5'7) and cw is 67,8 kgs (150 lbs), current bmi is 23,2. my lowest weight was 46 kgs (101 lbs) and my bmi at that time was 15,7. this was about four years ago and is what I'm aiming for right now. my ugw is 45 kgs, which is 99 lbs since I'd love to get under 100 lbs. this leaves with 22,8 kgs (50 lbs) to loose. I'm not going to follow any diets such as abc or skinny girl, since I've never successfully followed a very restrictive diet for more than 10 days. I also live with my parents and siblings which makes it hard for me to be super restrictive for a longer period of time. although I think I will try out some shorter diets such as military, eggs, IU. 

 

these are my rules:

- stay under 1000 cal daily

- at least 8000 steps daily, preferably 10000

- 2L water daily

- intermittent fasting at least 5 days a week (minimum of 16 hour fasts)

- tdee days every 8 or 10 days (my tdee is 1400)

- workout 4+ times a week

 

I'm not able to follow all these rules this week since I'm sick and have a really hard time getting out of bed but my illness is the perfect excuse to not having to eat. my throat is also so sore that I rarely want to eat, so I'm noticing progress already! I was 68,5 on friday so I've already lost almost 1 kg (1,7 lbs) over the course of four days. If I keep going in this pace, I should hit my goal within 100 days. I don't think it'll be possible though, since I'm very sick right now and have eaten pretty much nothing for the last three days. but this will keep me motivated! I don't know if I'll post here every day but I'm aiming for at least three times a week! that's all for now I hope you all have a good day <3

fasted a bit over 18 hours, started eating at 12:30

 

breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter, agave syrop and apple - 311 

dinner: chicken, couscous, salad and feta - 350

snack: rosehip soup - 90

extra: cough drops - 60

total: 811

 

water: 1,5L (I think)

 

step count: 3192

 

I know I didn't follow all my new rules today but since I'm a bit sick I'm cutting myself some slack until I get well. can't wait to get back to the gym!

dinner: a big ass bacon & mayo sandwich - 871 (fml)

snack: rosehip soup and egg with salt & pepper - 130

total: 1196

burned: 259

net: 937

 

water: 2L

 

step count: 16 313

 

lost 0,2kg overnight but ate way more than I planned to today </3 but I tried to compensate with more walking than usual and some youtube workouts, so hopefully I don't gain too much!

I've had the worst weekend ever lmao. sprained my ankle on friday night when I was super drunk and spent all saturday night and half of today in the E.R waiting to get it x-rayed. turns out it's not broken so I could go home with just some crutches and didn't need a cast. but I am once again unable to walk and I've been really bad att restricting this weekend so I'm pretty sure I've gained a lot but since I'm a pussy I haven't checked since friday :') will check tomorrow morning though. hope y'all have had a better weekend than mine!

turns out I didn't gain as much as I though! +0.2kgs after this weekend which is not great but not too bad either. with my current schedule I'm able to do OMAD on most days which feels good. still not able to walk as much as I'd like due to my ankle but I'm hoping for a speedy recovery (:

lol I forgot I made this post but oh well. I'm currently at 64 (141) so I'm going in the right direction even tho my progress is a bit slow right now :) I couldn't count my calorie intake today but I would guess it was somewhere around 800-900. gonna count tomorrow tho!
