Starting weight: probably 57kg or 125lbs (too scared to weigh myself right now)

Goal weight: 52kg or 115lbs

Height: 1.67m or 5’6ft


DIET RULES
• I eat only one meal per day, preferably at night (unless I am in a social situation earlier)
• I can have coffee (with calories, eg cappuccino) during the day

ALSO
• I will start light weight lifting to avoid the skinny fat look
• I will weigh myself weekly

what types of meals are you planning on eating as omad

The truth is I am really disappointed in myself… I am in a huge binging phase since last week (4.000+ calories every day) and I try to be mentally strong but it’s hard.

I am planning on eating regular meals, normal or small portions depending on how high in calories is the specific food.

Right now in my house I have fish sticks, greek yogurt, protein powder, pasta (ravioli and fusilli), cheese (emmental and cream), mini cheesecakes and lemon tart.

So for tomorrow I am thinking to have:
• for breakfast a black coffee with a little bit of milk and sugar
• for dinner pasta (fusilli) with emmental and cream cheese

The day after I might have:
• for breakfast a cappuccino
• for dinner some fish sticks and a mini cheesecake

The first day is always so hard, I know I will feel bloated, puffy face etc but I have to go through it.

I chose OMAD because I found it’s rules easy and simple, and I can’t keep being obsessed with food all day long. Also I have noticed it’s done unintentionally by many skinny girls, and after all it’s a habit that I can adopt too.

• raspberry cheesecake (310cal)

ADDITIONAL
• cappuccino with cocoa

I am so happy to hear that!

The past 2 days I didn’t follow through BUT I ate my maintenance calories and managed to get out of my binging cycle.

So tomorrow is Monday and we will do this.
