My absolute limit is 1000. But I prefer less than 800.

Guess I'm in the minority here where I'm doing 1480 a day as this is what my calorie app says to do. My ED is BED though so I literally can't go low restriction without setting myself up for failure. I hit my LW of 127 by doing 1400 anyway (down from 275) so it works based on my active lifestyle and by preventing binging.

It just, obviously, take longer to see any result which is frustrating. But then binging is fucking frustrating too. Sometimes you have to choose your frustration source.

at most 1200 usually below 700 but lately i’ve been eating 200-400 i would eat more cals bc it’s rly not necessary to restrict sm at a higher bmi but i can’t force myself to bc life sucks

I’m aiming for 1200 at most.

My average this week has been almost 1300 though :(

Anywhere from 900-1200, I try not to go over more than once a week right now atleast for the rest of the year until I get back down to a normal BMI

Still trying to decide my limit.

Had pizza over the weekend so I ended up at about 1500 those days (just over my limit on mynetdiary).

I tried starting restricting to 1200 or less a day, but quickly have fallen back into my old ways from 8 or 9 years ago, and am now trying to consume as few calories as possible. Usually around or below 600. The longer I can put off eating in the day, the more success I seem to have.

i don't count calories but i just make sure to eat smaller portions at meals and i don't snack. since reducing my intake a lot my appetite has gone right down so i'm not hungry between meals but i would allow myself fruit if i did get hungry.

i'm also purging 1-2 meals a day, though i try to keep some in my stomach cos it makes me feel less ill.

I'm doing fasting days and eating days. I don't count calories at all on fasting days but I only have tea, coffee and the occasional sugar free pop/energy drink. On eating days I've not settled on a number I like just yet so it can be anywhere between 800-2000.

I try not to go over 800-1000 but I also purge a majority of what I do eat. If I do keep it down I try to make sure it's keto.

Between 1250-1500. I can’t go too low or I end up binging :( I’m focusing on eating more vegetables that can fill me up.

I’m doing 1000-1300 atm but I’m also doing intermittent fasting everyday with exercise. 20 hours fasting 4 eating. I’m also postpartum so I’m trying not to over do the restriction. But hopefully after my body adjusts again I can stick to 1000 or less.

Because of work and walking so much I can't restrict too too low, like under 1000 at the very least, so maybe about 1300-1400 on days i work (not counting net) and about 1000 on non-work days
