As the title suggests I am starting the 2468 diet on October 11th. Why in two days? Well it's the end of the school holidays for me and I know that I would have more control to succeed (and also an awareness of timeframe) to lose the amount I wish to by the end of the year.

I'm writing this thread because I need accountability and I don't want to go to my friends or family because, as many of you would know, it's a difficult topic to bring up and be understood for (I tried once and was dismissed).
Similar to a previous poster, I'll use this thread as a diary of what I eat/exercise (because I loathe exercise and I'm hoping that this would get my butt into gear so I don't end up skinny-fat but skinny-toned).
Please come along this journey with me, I'd love the support and guidance (especially on 200cal days or exercises that are great to do as you lose 20kgs of weight without sag). <3
