I’ve been so bored of HR recently and decided to do something more fun so I’m doing the IU diet

1 apple
1 sweet potato
Protien shake

I will have to modify the diet on thursday and friday bc I have college and obvi can’t cook at sweet potato there lol but I’ll still eat the same amount of cals + i burn 2x as much at college
Also my birthday is on the 21st of october so I will eat what I want then :)

Height-5’6
SW:135.6lbs
GW:120lbs

Day 1 ♥︎
Today was actually soo much eaiser then I thought it would be :) all the food really filled me up and I haven’t had any cravings which is good

Breakfast : 1 small pink lady apple-70 cal
Lunch: 225g sweet potato - 225 calories w sugarfree 1 cal ketchup (didn’t eat all the ketchup)
Dinner: salted caramel protien shale 205 cal
Drinks: water + pepsi max ♥︎
Total cals =500 cals

I will be implementing walks into this 3 days a week probs on college days :) (2h walk -300 cal)

DAY 2:
Today was pretty good I’ve honestly not had any cravings at all which is v surprising for me This diet is surprisingly easy anyway I had the apple and sweet potato at the same time today bc I had a lunchtime therapy appointment lol

Breakfast 10:00 am -1 sweet potato +apple
Dinner 5:00 pm -choc protein shake (honestly tasted awful but we move)
Drinks Pepsi max+ water

I weighed myself today but it was the same as yesterday I’ll probably just weigh in on Thursday bc weighing everyday isn’t very accurate for me :)
