I'm going to weigh in every day until I lose 20 pounds. I have been carrying this extra weight for years and yesterday I finally reached my breaking point.

 

 

Day 1 (yesterday): 154

 

Day 2 (today): 153

I've been eating around 1300 calories so far but am going to aim for ~1000 today.

So I weighed in at 154 this morning after eating 1200 calories yesterday. Clearly my fat ass needs something more extreme. Diet pills and black coffee it is! I remember when my ED first started I lost 20 pounds in one month. I didn't count calories back then, I just tried to eat as little as possible. An average day was comprised of a grande latte from Starbucks and a small dinner, which probably amounted to around 600 calories per day. It seems that severe restriction like this is the only thing that works for me. Eating over 1000 calories ALWAYS just leads to maintenance for me. I don't know what I was thinking.
