Salt Water Flush
Update: I ate an apple afterwards, and it's literally taking everything I put in my body and taking it out, like I just TMI shit out a whole apple
Attempt 1: MILD SUCCESS
I drank it with regular iodized sea salt and I only had 2 cups. I had mild gurgling but I didn't do any research & it failed miserably and left me bloated beyond compare!
Attempt 2: SUCCESS!
I shit so fast holy. You'll know it's working because you feel the pains in your belly and then all of a sudden you have to shit, a lot. It took about 2 hrs before being able to let loose! But I felt the pangs like urgently.
WHY IT WORKED THE 2ND TIME AND NOT THE 1ST:
1. So apparently it has to be done on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning without food or water or coffee anything. The first time I did it, it was not good. I did it after a binge and where I purged after, it took all the salt and minerals I threw up and put it back in. So don't purge after or at least wait until the morning.
2. Try and have ample salt in your body before hand. Just add it to your food or whatever. If you don't have salt in your body or have very little the salt you add to the water and drink will end up in your body and you won't shit it out. If this happens you can drink like 2-3 litres of water and pee it out.
HOW TO MAKE IT WORK & WHAT I DID
All of the above things, completely empty stomach and had plenty of salt in my system from two days before.
I added organic lemon juice (I squeezed it myself) and it helped take away the saltiness, it was still salty but it really does help.
I mixed 1 liter of room temperature filtered water
1 tablespoon non iodized sea salt
1 small lemon (about 1/4 cup of lemon juice)
Chugged and gagged and wanted to throw up but didn't
WHAT I WANT TO DO NEXT TIME
I want to take the tablespoon of salt almost like a shot, and just chug the water after. I think it'll be easier to get down
WEIGHT & LOSS :
CW: Ended up 137.6 after all that & I maintained it a day after too So I know it wasn't just water weight
Disclaimer: I would not, like 10/10 would not recommend you do this on a day you work, have school or plans! At least until later on bc when it hits you it hits you! Also it really dehydrates you so drink plenty of fluids after/during. Stay safe! There's a bunch of other risks and I don't want to even list them all but death is one of them. So stay safe and do this at your own risk.
I haven't had a proper poop in a long time and laxatives' weren't working, so this was a good natural option.
