My Stats for Pure Change Diet: Oct 11-Oct 17th)

Attatched is the PDF/Document for the diet

Height: 5'3
SW: 144
GW: 140lbs

EW: 140.1 *** I did start my period but I did keep measurements and I went from a 2 in jeans to a 0, my waist was 30 and is now 27.5!

Before: I heard about some people going from healthy low weight to underweight which is why I wanted to try it. I'm not low healthy weight but I just wanted to see how much I could lose. It certainly helps when you have a friend to try it with!

How I felt: Good for the first day, and the second but by the 3rd I was so so sick of vegetables. Would I do it again? NOPE lol I DID Start my period on this and my weight went up temporarily. I guess I could do it again when my periods over but I'd rather not. I ended up fasting for 48 hours because I didn't wanna eat vegetables!

Products I used:

Protein Powder - Pure Protein Vanilla
Protein Bars - Pure Protein Birthday Cake
Detox Support: I didn't use anything, but it's listed on the site as OMEGAS, GLUTATHIONE, LIVER support and KIDNEY Support
Bed Time: Magnesium pills + Probiotic pills

EDIT (OCT 14/21) - I hate the protein powder, and the protein bars so I've been subbing them for veggies like PurgingAsh :)

My Stats for Pure Change Diet: Oct 11-Oct 17th)

Height: 5'6
SW: 132.6
GW: 125lbs

EW: 121.8 lbs

Before: I've heard of people having good results on this diet, I'm a little worried I won't do as good because of not being able to afford the detox stuff and not being able to do the protein.

How I felt: I hated this diet, I never wanna touch a carrot or lettuce again. It worked well but I got so sick of having the same things again and again. Ib think it wouldn't have been as bad if even fruits were allowed. I'm fairly exhausted which I blame on the lack of many calories so that's expected. But otherwise im happy with what ive lost.

Products I used:

Protein Powder - fear food, replaced with veggies
Protein Bars - fear food, replaces with veggies
Detox Support: I used stacker2 and stacker3 pills
Bed Time: Magnesium pills + Probiotic pills +biotin cause I'm losing hair

My Stats for Top Model Diet: Oct 18-Oct 24th)

Attached is the PDF/Document for the diet

Height: 5' 6
SW: 121.8
GW: 110

EW: 130???

Before: I heard a bit about this diet and thought it looked good. Something easy to follow up our last one with. That drink sounds disgusting though.

How I felt: I stayed under calorie count and somehow gained?? The diet was easy and I felt good but I gained??

Products I used: None, might do a stack if I overeat the calorie allowance

My Stats for Top Model Diet: Oct 18-Oct 24th)

Attached is the PDF/Document for the diet

Height: 5'3
SW: 136.1
GW: 132

EW: 136 ** Maintained every single day this week, so I decided to eat 1200 for 2 days over the weekend to break the plateau. This diet is completed but I'll have to do a round two to be fair and to give accurate results!

Before: I heard of this diet before and wanted to try it because I saw someone lose 8lbs on it so I'm hoping to lose 4 since I am in a healthy weight range now (high end of healthy)

How I felt: Great until I maintained every day. I got a new scale, ate 1200 for three days to break the plateau. I will be doing this diet again soon.

Peach- Inspired Liquid Fast - For some reason it's always super hard for my body to get out of the 130's! :(

How Long: Tuesday Nov 2nd until (Thursday or Friday 4/5th)

Why: I'm using this week as a reset week, to try something else. I'm doing liquid smoothie fast to cleanse after the two days of 1200 to break a plateau.

How I'm Going To Do It:
I'm going to drink 1 946ml of boathouse smoothie a day, & I'm going to drink water, probably around 2L, or 8 glasses. That's it.

Products:
Berry Boathouse smoothie (946ml)
Green Boathouse smoothie (946ml)
Straw/Banana Boathouse smoothie (946ml)
Blue Boathouse smoothie (946ml)

You can get them at Walmart in Canada & the USA

Peach's Original Diet (it was too expensive for me to buy them in Canada bc they were $4.00 each for the small ones so I grabbed the large ones):

3 boathouse 450ml smoothies daily for however many days you would like

Stats:

SW: 139.4  (My measurements stayed the same from when I was 136, except my waist bc I'm bloated from not pooping and the 3 maintenance days I had)

GW: 135
EW: ---> Retaining water, so I took a diuretic. The first day I did go from 139.4 to 138.2! Finally pooped. I'm guessing my weight to be at 135 or around there once I pee the excess water out.

My Stats for the Five Bite Diet: Nov 7th - Nov 14th)

Height: 5'6
SW: 133.4
GW: 125

EW: 130

Before: I like the look of this diet, I can have whatever I want as long as its only five bites. I'll still be counting calories but I may count them as a whole. Say I had five bites of a veggie burger, I'd log the whole burger.

How I felt: Hungry a lot, I don't usually eat three times a day but five bites in a day wasn't enough so I had to. Honestly I kinda hated this one, it was really hard not to binge

Products: Yogi brand green tea and blueberry slim life dieting tea

Exercise: Twice daily yoga, occasional cycling as my body feels up to it

Salt Water Flush
Update: I ate an apple afterwards, and it's literally taking everything I put in my body and taking it out, like I just TMI shit out a whole apple

Attempt 1: MILD SUCCESS
I drank it with regular iodized sea salt and I only had 2 cups. I had mild gurgling but I didn't do any research & it failed miserably  and left me bloated beyond compare!

Attempt 2: SUCCESS!
I shit so fast holy. You'll know it's working because you feel the pains in your belly and then all of a sudden you have to shit, a lot. It took about 2 hrs before being able to let loose! But I felt the pangs like urgently.

WHY IT WORKED THE 2ND TIME AND NOT THE 1ST:
1. So apparently it has to be done on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning without food or water or coffee anything. The first time I did it, it was not good. I did it after a binge and where I purged after, it took all the salt and minerals I threw up and put it back in. So don't purge after or at least wait until the morning.

2. Try and have ample salt in your body before hand. Just add it to your food or whatever. If you don't have salt in your body or have very little the salt you add to the water and drink will end up in your body and you won't shit it out. If this happens you can drink like 2-3 litres of water and pee it out.

HOW TO MAKE IT WORK & WHAT I DID
All of the above things, completely empty stomach and had plenty of salt in my system from two days before.

I added organic lemon juice (I squeezed it myself) and it helped take away the saltiness, it was still salty but it really does help.

I mixed 1 liter of room temperature filtered water
1 tablespoon non iodized sea salt
1 small lemon (about 1/4 cup of lemon juice)
Chugged and gagged and wanted to throw up but didn't

WHAT I WANT TO DO NEXT TIME
I want to take the tablespoon of salt almost like a shot, and just chug the water after. I think it'll be easier to get down :)

WEIGHT & LOSS :
SW: 138.4
CW: Ended up 137.6 after all that :) & I maintained it a day after too :D So I know it wasn't just water weight

WARNINGS:

Disclaimer: I would not, like 10/10 would not recommend you do this on a day you work, have school  or plans! At least until later on bc when it hits you it hits you! Also it really dehydrates you so drink plenty of fluids after/during. Stay safe! There's a bunch of other risks and I don't want to even list them all but death is one of them. So stay safe and do this at your own risk.

I haven't had a proper poop in a long time and laxatives' weren't working, so this was a good natural option.
