Does anyone else has a fear weight
Posted 12 October 2021 - 06:36 AM
I’m scared to get to 130 lbs because that was my starting weight
And I’m scared to get below 70 I’m not even close but that seems like if I get there I’d die

Same, I'm scared to ever go back to my hw or even just over 120 lbs, and even though I'm nowhere near it I'm kind of scared of being 70-80 lbs because of health issues.

I'm pretty much recovered but when I catch myself weighing 58kg (on the odd occasion I weigh myself), I definitely freak out a little.

My fiancée sent me pics of me dancing at my highest of around 135-140.
The images are engraved into my mind.
I don’t have a fear low, I don’t *want* to be less than 86 ever and I doubt I will so not worried anyways.
I fainted and went to an urgent care for dehydration recently, so I don’t think because I’m restricting that I’ll be in worse health than when that happened. I was really unhealthy.
Now I drink water and exercise more. I feel better mentally and physically compared to my binge “recovery” phase already and I felt even better than that at my LW.

Thinness equals success, never give up, never give in!

I’m laughing though because when I first developed an ED (Anorexia back then - now EDNOS), I’d never weighed higher than 60kg and my fear weight was 55kg and now I’d kill to be under 60kg.
Bingeing is such a bitch.

I don't want to be above 50kg (I'm at 51kg post-'recovery' now so need to go down again') but I say I would NEVER go above 55kg, which I think was my highest weight.
Equally I don't really want to go below 45kg, but last year ended up down at 41 and that was when I decided to recover a bit, because 40kg was my low fear weight.
Just want to sit comfortably 45-47.5kg foreverrrr

I didn't think I should drop below 100 at my height but my sister's my height and she looked fine under 100. She said she wasn't.. but she's more active than I am by far so she needs the muscle more than I do. I dont think I could get there anyways.

I would never go below 100lbs. I'm already underweight at 130lbs (my UGW).
(100lbs would put me in the BMI 13s)
