omg okay so much

pizza thats on my dining table
ice cream (both reg and halo top)
big batch of ramen
tons of coconut water
mashed potatoes + gravy
chocolate ferrero roshers
apple fritter pie things
cheese danish
alot of bagels and cream cheese
bacon BACONNNNNN (growls like a hungry lion rawr)
many many many salt + vin and lemon chips
spicy top ramen
chicken wings
loaded cheese fries
spicy chicken sandwich from chick fil a
lots of fries and a shake
and hmm maybe some toast with peanut butter and honey

im thinking i will b/p on sunday although
1. i havent purged in a year but really craving to
2. dont want it to make it a habit

oh and maybe smoke ALOOTT of weed

tomato soup with grilled cheese

The only one of those I actually buy is tomato soup, but not with a grilled cheese.

An entire cake (white chocolate raspberry, gingerbread, lemon, or coconut)
Garlic fries with like five cheeseburgers
Fettuccine Alfredo
Extra cheesy pizza

It's either:
-pizza with a side of fries, or fried pizza dough (yes, we do that in Italy)
-a big satisfying bowl of pasta, like 120g (al pesto, carbonara, amatriciana, alla sorrentina are my favourite)
-my mum's lasagne
-a big high quality hamburger with a side of fries
-two toasties with brie cheese, ham and mushrooms.

That is literally it. I still allow myself to have one of these foods once a week in a reasonable portion, it keeps me sane and prevents actual binges. I don't want to actually BINGE anymore, I had BED and I could eat until I felt physically sick and that was my worst for of self harm. I really want to prevent that from happening again.

… haven't had any of these in years with out purging.

I think I'd eat every dessert I could get, like vanilla milkshake, cake, apple pie, banana bread, brownies, cookies, caramel squares... so good. Also just really good quality meals like full roast dinner, beef stew, pizza, burgers, ribs and chicken wings

- different types of cake, even ones I don't like much

- Dutch Christmas biscuits

- chocolate ice cream, soft serve vanilla ice cream

Lol okay so I have this planned with “courses.” I think the best route would be to go from relatively tasteless or mild foods to strong flavored foods. I’m b/p subtype though so…

First Course:
-Sweet and sour chicken with a huge helping of white rice but only from a crappy Chinese takeout place so it’s basically tasteless but really filling
-White pizza with spinach
-Diet sprite and a Sonic strawberry milkshake pallet cleanser/purge lube (tastes vaguely tropical when paired together I recommend it)

Second Course:
-Whole wheat pasta with butter, parmigiano reggiano, and walnuts
-Truffle fries with parmigiano reggiano(I really like parmigiano reggiano)
-Roasted potatoes with rosemary and avocado oil
-Smoked truffle Gouda cheese on plain sea salt crackers
-Jamoca milkshake from Baskin-Robbins pallet cleanser/purge lube

Third Course:
-Fried egg on a corn tortilla with cheese and chipotle powder
-Fried portobello mushroom taco with corn, black beans, and Serrano sauce
-jalapeño poppers with cream cheese, Mexican blend cheese, and panko bread crumbs dipped in ranch
-Torchy’s Tacos green chili queso and chips with an extra side of Diablo sauce poured in because I am a masochist and don’t mind purging spicy
-Sweet cream milkshake pallet cleanser/purge lube

-these sliders my mom makes w/ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, and mayonnaise on Hawaiian rolls seasoned with oregano
