I am so nauseous because of starting zoloft. Do you guys have any tips? I already have tried hard candy, I take it at night, and I take it after/alongside eating but it isn't enough.

Mint and ginger both help settle the stomach, maybe try mint gum or some ginger herbal tea and see if that helps?

I like a heating pad on my stomach when I'm feeling nauseous, a trick I learned inpatient. I also agree with above and like to sip on diet ginger ale sometimes too

hi! i am no stranger to nausea so i feel your pain lol, here's what helps me

- diet coke, apparently it has an antiemetic in it idk?

- deep breathing or just focusing on your breathing

- sucking on a mint or chewing minty gum

- sometimes over the counter medicine from the chemist like restavit or phenergan but these can make you drowsy and aren't good to have too often

i've heard that sniffing an alcohol wipe/hand sanitizer can help...this one doesn't work for me hahaha

i hope this helps! hopefully your nausea settles down soon
