Starting weight: 151lbs 

Height: 5'3"

CGW: 120lbs

UGW: 110lbs

 

EATEN TODAY:

1 apple - 90kcal

1 bowl of oatmeal - 130kcal

 

I also had a mini-binge on chia seed and quinoa chips, and my rational brain is telling me it was only probably 500kcal, but I'm going with 700kcal to be safe. Because I walked:

 

7k steps to and from work, burning 243kcal, so even if I did go over, I still burned it off. 

 

I plan on sticking to this diet until I reach 130lbs, so I should be at it for about 1 1/2 to 2 months. 

 

TOTAL CALORIES:

677

 

ANOTHER EDIT:

I had 110 calories to add, some cheese because I got super hungry, making my total 877, which is closer to what I was actually supposed to eat. 

EDIT: 

I wasn't comfortable with such a huge deficit so I ate another 90kcal apple, which puts me at 767.

DAY TWO (posted a day after, because I fell asleep)

 

SW: 151

CW: 146(-5lbs)

 

Hot chocolate - 160kcal

Oatmeal - 130kcal

Butter (used to butter pan, I'm counting it anyways) - about 70 kcal (estimated)

Eggsx3 - 222

 

I was also coerced into eating a roast beef sandwich and some fries by a friend. I'm not sure how many cals it was, but I didn't gain weight from it, so we're good. Business as usual today. 

 

TOTAL:

??

 

7 pounds to lose til I'm out of the 140s. Let's do this!

Cals burned - about 143-150

 

TOTAL - ???

 

I'm going to fast for today and see how I feel. If I feel good, I'll go for longer. My dream will be at least 4-5 days, a week at most, anything to get me out of the 140s. I know it's not staying true to the diet, but I'll continue it when I finish. On the days that I fast, I'll just put 'FAST' and whatever amount of weight I lost. Until next time.
