I also had a mini-binge on chia seed and quinoa chips, and my rational brain is telling me it was only probably 500kcal, but I'm going with 700kcal to be safe. Because I walked:
7k steps to and from work, burning 243kcal, so even if I did go over, I still burned it off.
I plan on sticking to this diet until I reach 130lbs, so I should be at it for about 1 1/2 to 2 months.
I had 110 calories to add, some cheese because I got super hungry, making my total 877, which is closer to what I was actually supposed to eat.
I wasn't comfortable with such a huge deficit so I ate another 90kcal apple, which puts me at 767.
