Height: 5’8
Making this post more as a log than accountability because I don’t feel like i need it. I’ve been eating about 1000kcal or less since October 5. I’ve slowly been gaining weight since the beginning of the year and I’m visiting my family for Thanksgiving. I won’t be fat or chubby when i go to see them.
I find that the easiest way for me to lose weight and stay consistent is to eat the exact same things every day. I am a very schedule oriented person so it really helps me to already know what I’ll be eating every day.
My diet:
Meal 1: 184g egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 turkey sausage. 236kcal
Meal 2: 1 can light tuna, 15g light mayo, 85g white rice(cooked), 85 g shredded lettuce, 5-10g mustard, 1 dill pickle spear. 245kcal
Meal 3: 8oz chicken breast tenderloin, 85 g spinach, 30ml light ranch dressing, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp lime juice. 278kcal
Meal 4 (i only eat this meal if I’m hungry about an hour or two before i go to bed): 170-340g fage 0% yogurt, 1-2tbsp stevia, 50-85g frozen mixed berries. 135-230kcal
Total daily intake~750-1000kcal.
Will be posting weight updates every week. I’ve already used justcico to estimate my future weigh ins so it shouldn’t be a surprise. Ready to feel skinny again. Already feeling a lot better.
One piece of advice i can give that really helps me is to go to bed early if you struggle with snacking or binging at night. Get in the habit of waking up early and going to sleep early. It helps my mental health and willpower a lot.
Will update on my next weigh in day so like a week from now

So i just realized that I’m eating less than 50g of carbs per day and coincidentally i have felt great this whole time, haven’t really had cravings. I used to be super against low carb eating plans but this seems to be working. I could just be in the skinny mindset though. Also I’ve been eating 6oz 99% lean ground turkey for the past couple days instead of chicken bc i was getting kinda tired of it. Still been staying under 900cal every day :)

my brother has been bringing home these really good salads from his work lately and ive been using them as a partial or whole replacement to one meal per day in my meal plan. The stats are ~40g banana peppers, 150g cucumber, 100g cherry tomato, 15g shredded carrots, 150g romaine salad mix, 40 g spinach, 1cup spring mix. Total is about 80 cal + 60 cal of light ranch. They’re sooo good.

Also it’s been exactly two weeks since i started my weight loss plan. I did a mini weigh in today at 158.6. Total loss: 6.4lbs since start :) :)

I ate 1096 calories today but i walked 16k steps and worked out :) usually i dont even get 1/3 of those steps in but i went on a trail with my brother today. Also my roommate made pozole tonight it was insane. I only had one bowl though and recorded it as best as i could. I could have easily eaten half the pot >:] Anyway, time to go to bed now. Remember that when you’re restricting you should always make your decisions based on how you’ll feel tomorrow morning! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!! ≧◡≦

I think im genuinely getting to the point where i dont enjoy eating very much. So cool. I like feeling hungry and ignoring it

157 on the dot today. My justcico estimate from a week ago said I’d be 157.2. Im on track :)

I havent been sleeping well lately and i gained 1.2lbs overnight. Ik it just has to be water weight. Elevated cortisol levels can cause you to hold more water, i think thats whats happening with the whole lack of sleep and low calorie thing. Gonna eat a couple hundred more cals today if i can force myself to so it can hopefully help me sleep

Slept great last night. Got like 8 hours for the first time in over a week which was cool. I ate 1300 total cals yesterday, had a packet of chickpea masala before bed it was like 500 calories 😟 kinda cringe but I’m goong back to 900 today. Eating was not a vibe last night, didn't feel rigjt at all

That 1.2 pounds i gained overnight out of nowhere has been sticking around its so annoying :( im like 157.4 rn 4 days after being 157. Im supposed to be 155.2 on the 29th. Idk ive been in a 1300 cal deficit every day. Doesnt make sense. Maybe I’ll weigh in in two days and drop two pounds

I ate a piece of candy for the first time in two weeks. It was this tiny chocolate hazelnut/nutella type thing and it was really good. Im so happy that im able to eat things that taste good and control myself and have restraint

My next weigh in is tomorrow. Ive been going on walks and keeping my net calories at 900. I walked 18k steps yesterday and ate ~1200 and today i walked 10k and ate ~1000. Also i bought pork loin at the store but i meamt to buy pork tenderloin :/ it was good anyway but i had to watch my portion size. Anyway weigh in tomorrow is projected 155.2 so lets see what happens!

I had a pumpkin spice latte the other day it was sooo good. Pumpkin anything is my favorite. I did only 1 pump of pumpkin flavor, almond milk, light whipped cream, and a packet of stevia. That drops the calories on a grande from almost 400 to about 200

Just did a mini weigh in to see how im doing, 155.2 after drinking coffee and water also im def holdong water weight. Whenever i do these unofficial weigh ins after a scheduled weigh in day, i always take it as a good sign if i weigh a little more than i did a couple days ago bc that just means that my weight is locked in and im still losing. Gotta stay rational with this stuff
