Nothing fancy, just posting what I eat each day from the “see how you eat” app. I’ll also post my calories and fitness from each day and maybe a journal entry as well, it’ll help keep me organized.

My only goal is just to eat as many whole/ clean foods as possible. I also want to track my alcohol/ drug use to keep me in the lines so if you’re sensitive to addiction content I would steer clean.

I’m guessing my current bmi is around 19 but I was bmi 17 just four months ago :/ I was trying to recover and I don’t want to be that hungry again, but I need some sort of control so clean eating sounds like a good idea lol.
