Starting again here now. Addicted to binging and laxatives.

Back in 2012 I reached my highest weight ever... 250 lbs. Got down to 210 within six weeks.
After that I lost steadily until 2014 came around and I got back into the 200.

Started working as a waitress and distanced myself from my kryptonite aka my family, specifically my father in the last quarter of 2015. By November I was down to 187, December was my new lowest at 165. Got in a better place mentally and weigth stabilized. At the end of 2016 I hit a new low at 155, but gaine back 10lbs by October 2017. I became obssesive with my weight again, my surroundings were falling apart again but I tried to pull it togheter. I started to take my thyroid issues serious again, got into IF and found out about laxatives since I was never able to purge. By April I was down to 140, abusing my Thyroid meds and now addicted to laxatives. My mom died in June 2018, which was the restart of my mental and physical downward spiral. Gained slowly, arrived at 170, got down to 154 and then exploded. Here I am now at 189. Lost. Trying to teach myself to purge, regulating my thyroid meds (no double doses anymore, since that made me gain even more) and really trying to control the laxative problem. I really need a headstart. Something that gets me down fast at least to 165.

Thanks you, too! I really want to lose 16 lbs till the 27th. Was at 196lb yesterday. You did it, so that gives me hope to reach my goal as well :wub:

This weight loss has been insane. I'm almost 25 pounds down!?! Like how.


Big things coming up.

Being 25 pounds down, that will be amazing.

3.8 lbs aware from overweight.

In three days I'll be one month binge and cheat free.

Hoping you all get a huge drop when you step on the scale 🥰🥰🥰

You're so inspiring! I'm down about 22 lbs since this summer when I hit my heaviest weight of 194 (I'm just under 5'3). Keep going! We are all so proud of you and rooting for you! I hope I can get into the 160s by Thanksgiving just like you!

oh my goodness this is soo inspirational! totally following your journey with you!
I started at 215Ibs 4 days ago and am currently at 205Ibs and I couldnt believe its coming off soo quickly at average 500kcal/day. expecting to plateau any day now for like a week lol.

I'm sorry to say I didn't lose anything :/ my period came in strong and I think I'm retaining water because I ate the same as normal yesterday 😅 I hope I didn't let anyone down :(
With any luck I'll lose more tomorrow. You know what? Screw it. It's been 30 days.

I may be tired but I promised I'd go to the gym. And I intend to keep my promises.


Craving sugar? Stevia/Splenda with a little bit of berries cures that for me!

Hopefully I can lose .7lbs by Thursday to stay on track with my goal of being 165. Something by Thanksgiving.

On a good note, only 3.0 lbs till I'm overweight instead of obese! So looking forward to that. I definitely don't enjoy this excess mass so being in a "normalish" American weight category will help a bit.

You're always inspiring - I hope you know that & don't feel bad for the days where you don't lose. 
If there's one thing I know for certain about weight loss is that there are alllllways going to be plateaus here and there, and yours is just from the time of the month.
