I'm hoping to get back in control again. I'm now healed from my 3-4 surgeries I had back to back and I am now able to exercise again. I want to try new things. I have sis the ABC Diet, Russian Gymnast diet, Half and Half, and I've done fasting and cleansing before. I'm also currently doing the insanity program...again the last time I did it I lost 36lbs.
