I'm hoping to get back in control again. I'm now healed from my 3-4 surgeries I had back to back and I am now able to exercise again. I want to try new things. I have sis the ABC Diet, Russian Gymnast diet, Half and Half, and I've done fasting and cleansing before. I'm also currently doing the insanity program...again the last time I did it I lost 36lbs. HW: 278lbs

LW: 167lbs

 

I've been down to 198lbs, but it's time to get to work. I need some new workout plans and ideas and tips. You can also ask me about anything and I can try to answer this as best as I can.
