I would want something that does not make me feel dense
Something vegan or seafood
I like drinks and smoothies
Im not a fan of water plain but i like water with lime lemon and spice
Im heavy and i need to loose
Im not sure about training since i have puked some lately and i might not feel up to it.
I love spicy food
I have to take olive oil to clean my gall so maybe something that goes well with oliveoil.
I have a few vitamins and meds i have to take.
