I quit 19 11 midnight (00 00) with eating satsumas.
Might do a salty caramel cocoa mono soon.

Im happy and have been eating healthier.

I have not noticed any difference in the mirror i still look too heavy. :/

I might have lost weight but i only weight myself 1 a month and have no scale so i have not weight myself yet.:)
Im feeling content with my dicipline. 1 i had a choclate bread otherwise i havent slipped.

Im healthier now.
Im happy with it.
Not sure if i lost weight but im 100 sure it was good for me.

Half pack veg noodle, was to mother but she did not eat them as she usually does. She thought i spilled coffee in them. But i didnt they tasted alright. Instead i made a eggdish to her. She ate half then my biological father ate of it. It was to her and im not cooking again. Unless i eat it quickly instantly.

Cried and felt emotions ( healthy) ...ate 60g cashews. ( healthy but a bit high in calorie considered everything i ate today)

Feeling better.

Cried and i wished i afforded to live alone in a london apartment with a view. I hate not having money. 😥

00 00 19 11 2021 i quit with this diet but im going to eat healthy/ restricted anyways.
Thinking about eating a änglamark salty cramel chocolate cake 85g tomorrow and nothing else (maybe a 0,5l cola 0 or blue powerade 0,5l)
