Ahhh i am jealous ive been doing it for 19 days now and ive only lost 14 so far :(


I did start at a bit of a higher bmi, 26.5 I think

Hey everyone!! I started this diet yesterday. Had sooo much trouble getting to sleep last night even with the help of two melatonins. Any suggestions?

Lessen caffeine intake & maybe add exercise ? Those would be my suggestion

i stuck to 600-1000 daily all of february & i lost 12lbs. since then i've fluctuated a lot. now i'm on an IF kick, lost 4lbs in 3 days

I know this thread is old but if anyone is looking, I’m going to update my progress here. I’ve been eating 500 and under for 3 days, I don’t have any scales yet but they come from Amazon next week so I will weigh then. I haven’t been exercising at all. I stay in my room all day because of lockdown and to be honest I’m barely walking. I’m too lazy to work out and it’s icy outside. I plan to walk tomorrow but it depends what time I wake because my sleep schedule is fucked and it gets dark at 4pm here. We’ll see.
So far:
Monday: 576 kcal (I hadn’t decided on below 500 at that point)
Tuesday: 494 kcal
Wednesday: 497 kcal

SW: 128lbs
CW: ?
GW: 118
UGW: 108

Hi guys, so I’ve been doing this (not perfectly) for just under a week and I’ve gone from 128 lbs to 120! Zero excercise. Laying in bed mostly all day and drinking lots of water and a little green tea. I’m vegan so I’ve just been eating a lot of veggies, hummus.

Monday: 579
Tuesday: 494
Wednesday: 479
Thursday: 515
Friday: 683
Saturday: 1,767 (I drank a lot of beer and binged on hangover sushi)

SW: 128lbs
CW: 120
GW has now changed to 110 lol

Hi guys
I’ve been doing 500~600kcal since 8 Jan 2021 and so far I’m down 9lbs (it’s 28 Jan now). I started at 139lbs and am now 130lbs. My goal is 111lbs so I plan to carry on with this until I’m at my goal (hopefully by April). So far no binges just a couple of higher calorie moments to keep my body guessing but even then I doubt I hit 1200.

I am walking approx 45 minutes a day at a fast pace which I never used to do. My energy has sucked and I’ve felt pretty unwell quite a bit of the time but I don’t care.

I want to reach underweight BMI and have all my bones jutting out.
I’ve hit a little plateau this past week so am trying to cut carbs a little - if the stall continues I will go zero carb til it unlocks.
Otherwise all good and the stuff I am consuming is mainly fresh fruit, lean protein and nuts. Sometimes some oatmeal just to feel I’ve had something warm ya know. No junk, barely any processed sugars, no bread, no soda.. loving baby carrots and 10 calorie jello pots!

18lbs to go and staying strong.... X

Hey can I join? I'm basically eating 500 or less calories every day I started at 112lbs and I'm at about 107lbs now. I want to continue with this amount of calorie intake and see how much I can lose. My current goal is 98lbs and my ultimate goal is 90 to 93lbs.
