Just an update for everyone! I'm in the middle of exams hence not posting as much! I'm not as strict with my diet but still eating healthily and under a 1000 calories. Maintaining 9 stone 8. I'll be back on my mission very soon to shift another 7 pounds in a week I hope and so on! Xx

Height: 5'5 

 

SW: 11 stone 1 / 155 lbs / 70 kg

CW: 10 stone 11 / 151 lbs / 68.5 kg

GW1: 10 stone 8 / 148 lbs / 67 kg

GW2: 10 stone 4 / 144 lbs / 65 kg
GW3: 10 stone / 140 lbs / 63 kg

GW4: 9 stone 10 / 136 lbs / 61 kg

UGW: 58kg!

Can I ask if you did any exercise throughout that week? I like running, but don't want to overdo it and make myself ill or anything. :) xx

No I didn't exercise at all! I just put all my focus on my diet. But when my exams are over (Thursday) I'm going to start exercising as well! I like running too and I want to tone so I think I'll do some home workouts and maybe yoga or Pilates to improve my flexibility.

Can I join you? You made such great progress!

I've been stuck around 130lbs (9 stone 4) and I need to get back to restricting instead of fast-binge-fast-binge cycle. I haven't been under 9 stone all year and it's close to my highest weight.

there is no way i'd lose a pound a day on this amount, i don't think it's even possible.


*eating 500 a day until New Year^, i could not be thin again if i tried.

Hi! I'm trying to do the 500 cal a day diet too! :) We should work to keep each other dedicated and on track. My hardest time is going home. ugh my family has too much food and snacks.

Ugh totally know the feeling. I'm 5'4 and 125lbs. 

My goal is to do the diet until the end of the month to get to 115. 

I know we can do it! I binged a lot over the weekend and now I'm determined more than ever to get back on track. 

Exercise really helps me control and stay focused. I'm considering trying the ABC diet after this or the 246 diet next.

Update from before (I say I had plateaued). It's been a month and 13 days of under 500. I've lost 27.8 lbs so far.

What is wrong with me? I can't get in the zone! I'm too scared to weigh myself! I have a ball a week Saturday and I go on holiday 5 days after that! I need to lose weight! I want to be so petite and have a tiny frame! Help me get motivated!

Today I think I'm going to just eat lettuce cucumber and tomatoes. I thought about juicing but ugh cba! Wish me luck! Feel like it's make or break!

No I did not. I tried to stay 500 cals or less of pure healthy food but I find that's when I overeat. So sometimes I'd have a single serve popcorn bag or something (100 cals) so it was like cheating but it's within the cals. If that makes sense? And thanks so much!

Okay so I'm starting today! Been focussed on enjoying myself too much celebrating the end of exams!
I've gained two pounds since I stopped which tbh I don't think is too bad considering what I've been eating?

Hopefully I'll lose 2 pounds water weight by tomorrow! Thinking positive! Aiming to lose 2 pounds a day so not going over 500 calories a day! Thinking of just eating cucumber and tomatos as I actually love them and less calories and all around good for me! May throw in the odd egg or fish but that's my plan!

I'll keep updating! I have a ball on Saturday so want to be as thin as poss!

I used to do 500 cals a day all last summer and I lost 23lbs. Once I lost 9.7lbs in 11 days :o haven't had that quick weight loss since about September, apparently school = binge mode for me. I want to get to 100lbs by the time school starts up again and restricting under 400 is asking for a binge, so I think if I eat 500 a day and burn 600-700 a day I should start losing again! Wish me luck!

I realise I'm a bit late, but I am on a 500cal/day regime and, although my new scale has yet to come in the mail, I know that I have lost weight after just 2 weeks!

Congratulations on excellent results! I've been staying under 500 for the last three weeks and have been losing about two pounds a week (with hot yoga once a week and work outs twice a week). A little frustrating, but I figure it is what it is...
