I am going to start my accountability thread here now . I just want to get out of obesity that's why my very first biiiig goal is the 88kg. On October 10 I started with 124.5kg, that was also the day I joined the gym. So far I haven't gone quite as often as I wanted to, but I am still making steady progress when it comes to losing weight. Today I weighed in at 116.5kg. I did my very first Dietbet (on the dietbet app) last month's 4-week bet and am currently doing two more that will end Dezember 07 and Dezember 09, for that I need to reach 115.3kg. At the moment dietbet is a great motivation for me! My plan is to join a 6-months bet (goal: lose 10% body weight) after the current ones end.
I track calories, my daily calorie goal is 1422. I try to limit the intake to that, but on work out days I won't beat myself up if I eat a bit more.
Beside diet bets a high motivation for me is that my twin sister who had been heavier than me for quite some time has lost some weight (as I had gained some) and I want to catch up with her, she is currently at about 112kg. I don't want to be the fat sister .
I used to struggle with massive binge eating, but recently I am doing quite okay, binges still happen but I somehow manage to not beat me up about this as much as before.
I try to post my meals and calorie in- and outtake most days, as well as my weight progress
