Day 14

1st December 2021

 

Weight: 231.9

Calories 304/300
Steps: 3961
Water: idr, sorry
Lunch: VLCD chocolate shake (155)
Dinner: Ryvita Dark Rye crisp bread(105), Avocado (28), Grilled Bellpeppers(15)

Week 2 Reflections

 

Weight Loss: 235 to 231 (-4 lb): 

Weight loss has finally seemed to slow down a little, which I don't acually mind, loosing 9 in a week seems...not real. 4 is pretty decent, bit lower than I'd hoped, but it's still going down. Yet to have a fluctuation upwards despite being silly this week, which is a victory in my book. 

 

Calories: 4009/3400

Ooooof adding all of this week up makes me feel bad. It's ok I knew this week was gonna be rough cos of the family dinner, and then obviously the nonsense with my friend didn't help. I'll comeback stronger next week. I am very disappointed in myself for purging though, I've not done that for years. Honestly despite purging I'm surprised I still lost 4 lb this week looking at the intake. Especially since I suck at purging.

 

steps: 32,317/35000

I came very close over all, much closer than I expected. Despite only going for like 1-2k sometimes. I guess having a day where I walk for a whooping 13k one day works wonders for the over all stats, nearly half of my distanced walked at that point. This is one I will do worse at next week though, Endwalker is coming out so I'll be glued to my computer.

 

So as a summary this week sucked. I did okay at some, and it was rough and I had to challenge myself on some things, so I'm gonna try and not beat myself too much up about it. It could be much much worse, but it's fine, considering the things that happened throughout it.

2nd December

Water: 2L-ish
Food:
Lunch: Clementine(35)
Dinner: 6x Babybels(366), Kaiser Roll(334)

Today I went over by a lot, but honestly, I'm not even mad. I really pushed myself way to hard by accident, so by the time I came back from work I was dizzy and feeling extremely rough. Had to walk 3km in knee deep snow, which I didn't plan for, and well, that is a pretty rough thing to do. So it's fine. Just for today I will 100% let it slide.

Food:

Lunch: VLCD chocolate shake (155)

Dinner: Pizza baguette(195)

 

lol, cos the chocolate shake is like 40 calories more than the other vlcd shake I have, I over further than I thought. But it's ok. Happy with my loss! Killing my body by walking through snow works!

Food:
Lunch: Rugsprø(55) low cal Cheese(60)
Dinner: Salmon (159), broccoli(55), tomatoes(11), sour cream(60)

Not gonna count Steps anymore cos as expected i barely do them right now

5th December 2021

Calories: 205/300
Water: 3L
Food:
Dinner: VLCD Strawberry and blueberry smoothie (113), tomato soup (92)

Had my first fluctuation upwards, so that sucked. Was gonna happen eventually though and it's prob water cos I drank too little and had too much salt.

Still... feels rough and made me do a liquid diet for a day
