Happy that the number is still moving in the right direction. Not fast, but I’ll take what I can get.

Had a pretty stressful day and not much of an appetite, but I guess thats good in a way.

Lost a good amount today, so that’s great.

Got so f triggered today. A family member commented on me getting smaller, but she also said: “don’t worry, it’s not exactly like it’s getting bad or any alarming”.
Like wtf I WANT you to get alarmed and worried. Couldn’t say that obv.. but I guess this means I can carry on unnoticed, and at least that’s good. I just want somebody to notice how bad my mental health is. And still not at the same time.

Also the comment really clarified that I’m still fat. I don’t think 60 kg will be good enough at all, but it’s a start.

In the beginning I was hoping to do one of those positive accountability threads, but who am I kidding? I have a severe depression and I can’t hide it.

Had a really rough day, so I don’t think I will be able to eat anything at all. I’m not home alone, but I think I’ll be allowed to skip dinner today anyway.

Scale was showing the same as yesterday, but I don’t even care. The 60 kg goal doesn’t seem so desirable anymore. Wish I was aiming at 55 instead, but that’s too far away for me to stay motivated right now. Ohh maybe one day..

I have depression too and I know how difficult some days can be.. you don’t have to be always happy and positive here!

Okay, a small (?hopefully?) plateau. Exactly the same number for three days. I know I’ve done well, so I’m not panicking (yet lolll).

Another 48 hour fast done. Not planned at all but still felt good. Hoping to see 62 something tomorrow, fingers crossed!

Finally lost some weight again. Wasn’t a big plateau so I can’t really complain. Want everything to move more quickly, but if I continue this pace I’ll be down to 60 in only two weeks. Ugh right now that seems far away. Any suggestions on how to make time go faster?

I’m must say that I’m amazed by how steady my loss is going. Slow though, but very steady. I guess it’s because I had already lost some weight before I started the thread. I wasn’t really using the scale, and didn’t restrict as much at all, so I didn’t see the big water fluctuations there usually is in the beginning.

A bit more boring with this few fluctuations, but it also means that what I see is real weight loss. And most importantly i feel more secure and confident that I’m actually loosing, unlike how stressed I’d be seeing the number jumping up and down.

..

BUT now I’ve probably jinxed it lmao

As I said, jinxed it lol, 0.1 kg up. No stress tho. I’m feeling a bit more calm today, compared to all the other days. That feels like a relief tbh.

According to my app I should reach my first goal in 11 days. Seeing that number shortening makes me feel so motivated right now. 11 days is nothing!! Hopefully I can reach the goal even before that. First day of being motivated in a long time yayy!!

The predictions from my app have changed completely thanks to this plateau.. great! Ugh, think I’ll have to ignore that for now.

Been thinking about trying to increase my tdee with some more exercises throughout the day. Not sure how I’ll do it yet tho. Desperately need to lose quicker.

I can finally see the number 61, but I fear that it will take a while to get down to 60 something.

Still very anxious about my meds, but at least I haven’t noticed any increase in my appetite yet. Fingers crossed.

Awe thanks! Doesn’t really feel like I have lost that much, but if I count in the 3 kg right before this thread, I’ve actually lost quite a bit.
