Height: 5'6 or 167cm

SW: BMI 18.7 115.4 lbs 11/21/21

CW: BMI 17.5 108.5 lbs 12/14/21

GW 1: 110 (49.8 kg) by Dec 20 completed 12/7/21

GW 2: 105 lbs (46 kg) by Jan 15

UGs: maintain 105 or below long-term, no binging. 10k+ steps/day

CW: 115.4 lbs

 

Day 2 11/22/21
Intake: 650
Exercise: -300 25 minutes of jogging, hour of walking
Steps: 13k
Weight: 114.6

 

Day 3 11/23/21

Intake: total of 1450 after eating more at night  :mellow: 

Steps: 8k

CW: 113.2

BMI: 18.2

minimal exercise bc I'm sick

Sooo I woke up this morning two pounds heavier (bloated and feeling disgusting after eating late at night after my fiance got out of work) so I'm starting the day annoyed with myself because I've been doing really well not eating after 6pm and not drinking alcohol this week. I know eating late at like 11pm won't kill me or totally set me back from reaching my goals on time but it really messes with my water weight which is awful. I feel like I'll be stuck around 115 forever. 

 

I'm not really excited for today and tomorrow's intake, we're doing a Thanksgiving dinner with my fiance's side of the family today and then another tomorrow one at my dad's house with my family, so there will be dinner and drinks. I think my plan will be to fast for the first 18 hours of both days, drink lots of water and try to stay under 1500 intake both days.

Accountability update: 1 week into diet
I lost almost 2 lbs in eight days but did not track calories over Thanksgiving/weekend (ate maintenance, as well as maintained 10k+ step count). I find I binge less when I don't obsess over tracking. Yesterday however, I stayed on track. I ate around 500 calories and burned most of it off in exercise.

Exercise: -230
Steps: 14k

Weight was 113.2 after eating dinner and drinking a bunch of liquids.

Umm. I'm pretty miserable so far tonight and have little appetite to eat. I kind of just want to curl into a ball and disappear, fucking men suck  -_- I ate dinner two hours ago and now feel kind of bloated and sick because it was ravioli with some cheese, and 3 light beers. foods I have been avoiding for the past week.

I've been busy finishing up coursework and really stressed again w/ my relationship this week so I haven't felt like updating. I seem to be stuck at 108-109 this week even though I've been eating below maintenance. I just get better results eating 700-900/day than 1200-1400, I can't seem to lose on that amount?
