Basically, I want this to be a record of my diet. Not necessarily an accountability..?, more-so just keeping track of what foods I'm eating and how my progress goes with that. 

Some general rules I do my best to follow CURRENTLY--

  • pretty much normal diet with fish and poultry, I generally try to avoid red meat. 
  • drink 1-2 L water a day
  • Stick to under 700 calories a day
  • I hate having low protein macros, so I try to stay above 25% but I feel great when I have 60% 
  • I follow the same HIIT workout every single time I work out and try to get 10k steps on days I walk around which are when I have school and work. 
  • I also like going to the gym and walk on the treadmill and elliptical however this doesn't give me points for my phone games that track my steps. lol. 
  • I drink lots of protein and electrolyte drinks. 
  • At school I usually eat Chobani fruit yogurt and eat 2 boiled eggs. 
  • Fiber is good too

 

How I decided these things are based on information I've gathered through multiple easily researchable resources. 

  • Poultry and fish have lower calories and fat contents, and no carbs which keep me full longer.
  • water is good 2 be hydrated tbh
  • 760 something a day is how much I would have to eat a day at my ugw. to lose weight at a 500 calorie deficit. I'm not at mu ugw yet, and when I am I will raise this number (ideally, or continue
  • I find I binge (as im prone to do) or feel just completely dissatisfied If I dont get enough protein in a day. Carbs and fat make me feel weak.
  • This one is self explanatory i think. It's easier for me to watch the same video everytime, I like the routine and knowing exactly what I need to do and being able to have the freedom to change what steps I need to.
  • Lately im scared of this since I prioritize my apps. its cold outside so its harder to walk around out there. 
  • I drink high protein milkshakes, i dont rlly like muscle milk but its ok. i really like the fairlife brand 42g protein ones. (zero sugar protein gatorade is baaad)
  • every morning i go to the cafeteria, get a peach yogurt, 2 boiled eggs and a small salt and pepper and eat my breakfast it is good and keeps me full for a long time. 
  • I often have trouble . yk. with my ed and all so more fibre is good so i prioritize this when looking for foods that I know have carbs.

Today I ate;

slice pumpernickel bread with an egg (152 calories)

turkey wrapped in tortilla with shredded string cheese lol (200)

bread stick with a little butter (100)

warm milk with honey (168)

total: 621

I'll add my calories burned if it's relevent but i literally got like 200 steps today so it's not. haha.
Once I drop to 85 I'll start recording my weight.

He finally said something About it, probably not going to eat much at all tomorrow. I wasn't even looking forward to thanksgiving anyway. I might nibble. Probably just going to fast until I throw up. stay tuned I guess.

Just drank some warm water with salt going to see if this removes my constipation or makes it worse stay tuned. also fasting. hoorah. on the orher note, warm water is filling moreso than cold. o_o also ordering cute star shaped melatonin gummies and some sf syrups, vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut . mm
also, finally started dropping again i think. hard to tell cos of . constipation lol. but im getting there :]
I havent had any really strong bingey urges..? which is cool. i think im breaking my sugar addiction finally, havent had a strong urge to have any sweets or candies.
also I tried some of the frozen indian food offered at TJ, ITS SO GOOD. and not even that high cal. After this fast im currently doing I’ll probably reward myself with being able to shop more fun stuff at TJ. It’s hard for me to find ways not to reward myself with food..? idk. it’s fine. Ive ate a little bit more the past 2 days but I start class again so yipee. trying to remain calm as J just have to get to my goal by, ideally june. I’d Like to amp it up to February but that stresses me out.
Id at LEAST like to be mid 80’s by Feb..? like 84-83. Should not even be that hard. (I say that but we all know jt is. -_-) Oh Well. I just need to remember its patience.

im doing a halfass like. liquid fast. any beverage, and any food so like soup (and yogurt, which i have just googled, is a colloid so i guess Gels are allowed too) my theory is they wont stay in my gut for so long. the yogurt im eating has tiny peach bits, but its fine. and I have a diet pepsi so, yay. Going to try to not calculate my total calories..? but keep an idea of how many each product im eating is..? coffee was probably 50-100 and my yogurt is 110. i dont have any soups at home, i do have cottage cheese but thats too solid for what I’m doing.
I also want to make croissants, bummer. :|
edit: also want to keep my sodium levels low O__O

been throwing up more recently lol getting back down xd
had coffee,
then ate pastries, threw those up
had a diet pepsi
came home, wasnt even hungry and made some shitty pasta i didnt even finish, threw that up. gah
my throat hates me rn but oh well. i want candy but ehh :pp
again, ive barely ate anything today and im just not hingry its mostly just me wanting to taste things

been doing okay recently. mostly trying to get myself STICK TO STUFF IN MY PERSONAL FRIDGE -__-. Right now I have protein bars, a couple of drinks, etc. been turned off by sugary snacks, which is cool. I want to not spend any money on food until my personal food is gone. So I'll be living on protein bars, and oatmeal for the next couple weeks. 
I thinkkk I'm down in weight, food weight etc, I might plan a b/p on thursday where I eat whatever as long as I vomit it up. I'm hoping to get down to 88 by the end of the week so like saturday.

missing my boyfriend a lot, but I saw him the other day for his bday and it was really nice :) I let myself eat that day. I got a healthyish meal and just ate a couple adventurous things, and refused a tiny cupcake at the end. lol.
I made feta/tomato pasta earlier today (or yesterday? It's 12am) when originally I planned on just eating blistered tomatoes and it tasted good at first but it was sooooooo acidic. My instinct to eating gross food recently is just to gag it up because I dont want to digest and let food I dont even like stay inside of me. 
I just have a tonnnn of protein bars to go through. 

Strawberries and cream fibre one's (90)
Protein plus lemon cake (190)
Quest raspberry white-chocolate (200) 

and I should drink coffee as well. I also have oatmeal which is like 150 for 1/2 a cup i think. And I have some old turkey meat and feta which I'll probably discard the feta and feed the turkey to my cat. 

Also a cool think that's developing is my sternum is becoming more pronounced for i think the first time in my life. If I pull my arms back to lift up my shirt (which I usually do to bc) I can see 2 or the bars across my chest. Ideally I'm excited to see them without stretching but it's a good start!!! 
It's been very cold recently ;-; But stilll trying to get steps in when I have breaks etc during school. Might fail my classes this semester tbh which is really bad but I think I'd prefer to have online classes anyway. I need to talk to a counselor. also I'm trying to get my license but i have to wait for my mom to do a bunch of stuff with my car to get it going and it's pissing me off, I'd have so much freedom. -_- oh well

ugh. idek what happened. I think i fucked up -__—z. i ate way too much earlier. it was still within a normal amount it wasnt binging but it was definitely a type of reactive eating. pissed at myself seriously. I am at the start of a fast and idk what it is recently but they seem so much LONGER than when I started. I want to do 3 24 hour fasts or at least 72 total hours fasted a week and I think that’ll help. along with restricting like normal. Im going to be busy on Friday, Going to TRY to fast during then but we’ll see. ;—; ..? Maybe Saturday too since its a lazy day but I’ll be with my bf so idk. Might get to sleep all day BUT but we also might be getting fun food so ahh :<> … it’s up in the air. If i eat saturday im ok with that. I do not want to eat for the next 24 hours MINIMUM tho as I want to get back into fasting and eventually work my way up to 48 and hopefully longer ;—; I’d love to do a 72 hour straight fast.
earlier i went up to see if my family ate and had leftovers. almost had half of one of these giant hoagie things (minimum 400 calories . jeez) and i had to convince myself with it inches away from my face that this isnt even what I wanted. I wont love myself for this, I wont respect myself for this, I wont look up to myself for this. I want to be someone ai can look up to and respect, and someone who quits literally like 3 hours into their fast isnt respectable. It worked; I put it down and by the time I go to bed the hours will multiply and hopefully I can go to bed and be normal tomorrow. If anything I’d love to get more than 24 hours im aiming for 30’s but we will see.

nvm. i caved shortly after writing this what a joke lol. i really really got a hankering for steamed egg im craving umami stuff rn because all of my protein bars etc are sweet flavor so im overwhelmed with sweet flavors. really want just rich umami savory flavors. i made steamed egg and ate it witg half the hoagie. smaller than it looked initially so ugh. fasting starting now but i hate retarsting and restarting and restarting etc because it creates a habit.

im actually so pathetic I made it a shocking 10 hours. whatever. I like half splurged on bakery goods since its the only day theyre open while im here. Lemon Danish, Small pecan pie, mini corn muffin and 1 bite of a donut i didnt care for it was too buttery. Purged it all up and calculated calories after to find out it wasnt even THAT bad, Under 500 for everything I ate. o.O … started up the fast again. I know I wont have any sort of temptation until work tomorrow night but I’m going to bring my seaweed snack which I’ll eat if I feel like i will absolutely just die and break, and the whole pack of it i think is 100 cal. which is kewl if that’s the ONLY thing I plan on eating tomorrow. I already discussed Saturday. I SHOULD be able to get through Sunday AND Monday fasting. I think I’ll work out a schedule for myself while I work later today.

been doing shit oh well yes ibknow ai had plans but I have no way to keep myself accountable its infuriating. I just bought a cheap treadmill online. Id be fine walking in circle but it makes me dizzy. I think that + ab workouts will help me and keep me busy.
In other news ive tried new flavors of chips…!? theyre good but how fat of me.
I dont want to spend any of my money on food related stuff until the end of January, Like I’m fine buying gifts for christmas etc but the food spending has got to stop and js causing a lot of food anxiety and binging etc. I put my debit card on my desk, buying food at school is bad. I need to learn to judt bring my own food, I HAVE it. and when that runs out I can eat whatever is upstairs. I want to absolutely deplenish myself of stuff before I buy food.
I need a way to keep myself accountable, especially when I cant purge because I’ve made myself too used to failure I think. Its like who cares if I fail I always fail. But i still want to reach my goals.

went to the store with thought today. Bought mainly produce that will last awhile in my fridge, so carrots, apples, small oranges, a pomegranate, etc. also bought some zero cal drinks, and some yogurt. I threw out most of my processed or unsafe food. I feel like I've ate a lot today but it's only come to 170 cal. I'll probably have some more grapes since those will spoil first.

I would research Salt water flush. I would not recommend if you have IBS or bowel issues cos idk what happens. I took 2 tsp of KOSHER (non-iodized) salt and like 3-4 cups of warm water from the sink and mixed it up, and drank it quickly. i think it works better if ur stomach isnt full. It took me the first time i did it maybe like. 1-2 hours? but I had purged earlier and probably had food still in my stomach. the second time I did it maybe between 45 minutes to an hour. if it works it works. Left me very dehydrated tho. Ive never taken actual laxatives so idk how comparable it is but it worked for me :P

so, i ate a bagel sandwich and some pot roast and a hot cocoa. that was my final meal. lol. i feel like ive gained from last week but its probably maintenance at best... Tuesday, today, I have it planned out. I have a baggie with veggies I counted the cals of by the gram which i find calming. I have my food schedule laid out in LoseIt. and to avoid stress I dont want to weigh myself until this weekend i think and or in general just weekly. and maybe I’ll record photos of my food/meals. dont want to overwhelm myself tho. o.o I also actually have a destination for once for my walk so thats cool. Tomorrow will be a good day. I really dont want to weigh myself that way i dont freak myself out if I dont have immediate results.

did fantastic last 2 days. Im in the 80’s, i weighed in at 89.6 in the middle of the day. I got freaked cos my mom moved my scale so eh :V
Yesterday I ate 500 ish today i ate 1.1k ish but burned 430+ cal so more in the 600’s :] ! Drank almost 4L of water also.
I need to start abdomen exercises and do more legs resistance so i can improve those... I got a fit bit, and my treadmill comes in tomorrow. Had a really excellent day. It would be awesome if I got down to 85 by next week but I dont want to give myself too much pressure. I would really enjoy being by 85 next saturday ahh. I think that 85 was my second ugw. I think 90 was my original one Lol. then 75 whichbis basicalllyyy my current ugw. my scary one is 68.5..

I’m at 88.6 only weighed cos i weighed in the middle of the day opposed to the beginning. I’m gonna try to wait until next week Friday or Saturday to weigh again :P

Technically “under” my limit still for everything it’s just frustrating cos I have food/water/poo weight. Rn as long as my eating does not NET above 1.3k im fine cos thats my sedentary tdee. My Net has been around 1k the past 2 days which is ugh, cos of work i think. I detailed my plan on my instagram more. Basically gonna try to fast. thats all. i jnow.
