I need to start a new diet and I have 0 ideas so here we are. I’d prefer the calories to be 800-1200 and no longer than 14 days💚

I was going to suggest a mono of some sort but if you ask me, 14 days is way too long for that. Perhaps a vegetarian or a vegan diet for two weeks? :)

I'm doing a short oatmeal mono this week. I've heard that most fruits and veggies work well, but I wouldn't reccomend chocolate etc. And keep in mind that monos are short diets, and even though they help shed water/food weight quickly they don't work long term.
