Hello Im LadyButterfly 🧚🏽‍♀️
Weighing myself everyday is triggering , therfor , I weigh once a week . Focusing on reducing my eating , calorie wise to 1,200 . This is about the journey .

Day 4 :

Today is my birthday 🎂
Definitely, enjoying some dessert and dinner .
I stayed within my goal , on Thanksgiving .
So , excited for what’s ahead 💫
Discipline is loving myself 💕

Tuesday , is weigh in day 😁
Planning my meals is beneficial , so that , food thinking is lessened . I give myself a “free” choice on certain meals , meaning , today , I planned every meal except dinner .
* such as …
Breakfast : McDonald’s coffee with cream and sugar
1 slice of bacon
Snack :Starbucks Tall Frappuccino with Almond milk & Blonde Espresso affagato
Snack : boiled egg
Lunch : Baked ham and Tuscan broccoli
Dinner : calorie remainder

Day :9
Overate today , didn’t binge:) However , 6 ex-lax will lighten the load . Careful not to overdo laxatives because of a binge eating and laxative purge disorder I overcame over 10 years ago . I love the person I’m becoming . I am more in control of food . I’ll simply , work off the extra calories , next time . I’d like to say I’ll never eat over the calorie allotment , that’s not realistic . It’s still so early in my newfound success , refused to chance it .

💕2.4 lbs .weight reduced this week . Going out of the 170’s:) , in the 160’s next .

Remembering , to stay the course . Began overeating and my body doesn’t like that . I feel so much better eating less . I noticed that when I don’t post often , there’s a variance . Posting here , keeps me on track . Whether , I’m posting in the right place , doesn’t matter . Thankful , for the space to do so . I weigh myself , next Tuesday :) I’ll post again , tomorrow . Maintaining , during this holiday season .
Not upset , it’s a journey . Also , don’t kid myself , when previous mentality that led to weight gain attempt to creep in. Recognize unresourceful mindsets and replace with resourceful mindset . :)
