So I went to a fine dining restaurant for dinner, we had multiple courses, I decided to actually go easy on myself and enjoy the cheat day, before dinner I had done a hiit workout and ate very little.

Anyway, I was on my way to the ladies' room and I overheard my mum say "where does she put it all? She's so slim" and heavens that really brightened up my day immensely.

Oh god, I'm so sorry for you... that's literally the worst. I don't know what I'd do if someone said that to me these days...

A cheat day will boost metabolism. Do not feel very bad. This will not gain real weight. It is not possible. You may loose after this tbh. Give some days okay? Do not freak out. Be happy you relaxed for a night and enjoy it.  It will pay back

Yeah I was thrilled! Also for the first time in ages, I didn't feel guilt over eating out, I mean I'm obviously back to my regular level of restricting but just the fact I ate a meal out like a normal person
