When I relapsed I was 135 lbs. and now I’m down to 105 lbs. I lost the weight within a couple of months, so yes! Surprisingly, my experience losing the weight wasn’t too bad. I cycle between bulimia and anorexia as well. For reference, I’m 5’5” and 24 years old.

My HW was 133 and my LW was 100.

Even though I only lost ~30 lbs, the difference was huge. I went from slightly chubby and awkward looking to being able to pull off any outfit I wanted and getting "wow, you're so skinny!" comments all the time.

I ate about 1,200 cals a day. It took like 6 months.

Edit: Also, I just want to add that I know 6 months probably sounds like a long ass time, but I promise you, the months will fly by. I mean, just yesterday it seems like it was May, and that was 6 months ago.

I’m not sure what my starting weight was but I assume it was around 125-130lbs. Lowest weight was 101lbs (I’m still fuming about it). Took me about a year or so? I remember I was restricting pretty heavily towards the end, probably 600 cals? Maybe less? I don’t really remember much it was a blur. I remember being so happy I got to 101lbs and I was like yes I’m so close now! But then my body and mind were so starved it triggered a year of binging my way up to 130lbs and wrecked my teeth in the process

I’ve relapsed since and been sitting around 103-105lbs now for about a year. Probably took about a year again? I typically lose weight in bursts, so I can lose 5-10lbs in a month, maintain for a month or two then lose a bit more. I want to lose more but my body really doesn’t like it and gains it straight back ugh. Physically I feel much better and I don’t have bad binge urges since I’m eating a fairly high amount of calories compared to the first time. Listen to your body and please take care of yourself

went from 120ish (january) to 105 (maintained april-june) and then 95 (july). I would say it was fairly healthy weightloss compared to other relapses (didn't lose hair, cry all the time, had plenty of energy). I was eating very strict low carb, walking like 6 miles a day, usually just eating breakfast and dinner and skipping lunch.

trying to do it all over again haha so I'm right there with you

It took me 5 months to go from 130-98. 1100 was my max cal limit. I ate mostly fruit, veg, beans, oats, bread. I did have binges a handful of times up to 2500. I also had some days where I ate up to 1400. For a couple of those months I did 60 min of vinyasa yoga nearly everyday. I did a lot of hiking and walking. I also did some bouldering. But I was also sedentary a lot as well during that time. I am currently 84 lbs.

went from 125 to 113 when I started a restrictive diet. I went unlimited fruits vegetables nuts seeds + 2 hours at the gym 3x a week. And then I got to 103 from 113 when I started dinner only. Large plate of vegetables with a serving of seafood or meat. I got to 90s with zero calories

Keep in mind CICO. I don't count calories but I restricted the amount of food, type of food and how many times I ate. I restrict with whole foods because I don't want to worry about my health from malnutrition or something like that

Went from 130 to 95 and it took 2 to 3 months of super low restriction and exercise. Currently back to 130 but now that I'm older it'll probably take me longer than the first time lmao
