it never went away after I quit smoking crack

didn't have it at all until I started

it's still there especially when I fast, restrict or drink a lot of coffee

then the next time I eat after fasting I feel sick

I ate a few bites of mac and cheese, didnt eat all of it - it was a kids frozen thing from Whole Foods and now my stomach is killing me

its all I ate all day

for those of you that have acid reflux what makes it act up vs what are some things that calm the stomach?

I have agonizing acid reflux.  I have had it since I was 14.  I would agree sleeping with your head up on your back does the best for it.

Our ability to digest lactose naturally diminishes as we age as naturally our bodies would be less and less inclined to consume milk in any form, only humans consume the milk of another creature. So as we age many of us do lose the ability to digest it. I am severely lactose intolerant but have been for a long time, I do manage the tiniest amount of skimmed milk, but I also have issues due to meds so it balances except for the cramps and gas.

It is, I started to develop mine well into my teens, and it got worse as my anorexia progressed. I completely wrecked my body's ability to digest certain things.

As per your initial question, maybe check this out: https://www.everyday...erd/guide/diet/

I had gastritis for a few months last year, I lived off of bananas and soup. Avoid dairy or acidic fruits or vegetables like grapes or tomato.

i don’t have acid reflux, but i have rumination disorder and i’ve noticed that these are the most triggering for it. it might be helpful for you:
tomato sauce
frosting
ice cream
sautéed vegetables
apples

which sucks because i love nearly every food on this list
