I'm usually tachycardic at rest which my PCP is aware of but recently I have had episodes of bradycardia. I also suffer from orthostatic hypotension. I've only ever gotten ECG's I'd be interested in more testing just to see the function of my heart and I also have cyanosis. I tend to have numb limbs alot and I know this may be due to my malnutrition should I ask my doctor for a referal to a cardiologist? I'm also anemic. I see GI, and a nephrologist and endocrinologist as needed. Should I ask??

Ik this is an old post but yes I would ask for 1. I think it might be worth having an ECHO & possibly a stress test & pulmonary angiogram considering u have episodes of TC & BC. I have a heart condition, I see my cardiologist usually every 3-6 months sometimes more frequently if there’s issues. I have an ECG generally every time I see him & my defibrillator gets checked every 6 months although I also have a home monitor, I have ECHOs once a yr as well

Remember u know ur body best & u should listen to it, if something doesn’t seem right I should always get it checked

Ok I am getting admitted to the hospital this week. I will ask the doctors there if I can consult with cardiology.
