If you feel like you can't open up to your therapist, that means you need a new therapist. You're therapist should be giving you the tools to make you more resilient and be able to cope with what is stressing you out not making you feel the way you are feeling. Therapy can suck and dig up a lot of shit, but the end goal is supposed to help.
